“Pretty cool place. Beer and food were both good. The tour was just ok. We absolutely loved the style of the place. We stayed at the hotel and that's where I feel it was lacking. The staff on that side were rude. Not just once but multiple times. Just not friendly and didn't seem to want to be bothered when we had questions or needed something. Spent most of the time on their phones. If you've never been here before the hotel is in the back right corner. You can get there outside or go through the brewery lobby and restaurant then outside to get to it. The rooms were nice with some really cool additions. Beer fridges, one in the room and one in the shower, guitar, dog toys, record player, and plenty of snacks.”

“Waiter was having an off night. Steak was marbled a lot, which waiter informed us of in advance. Baked potato was a bit disappointing and salad was ok. I expected a better meal for $233 for 4 people. 4 beers, 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, 4 meals. Was here 2 years ago and it was excellent.”

“My least favorite Starbucks but it’s the only one that’s closes to me. I only go to this one when I am desperate. 8/10 times it’s a fail. I am not a picky person. My usual requests are for some drinks to be kids temp and no whip. Aside from getting it wrong most of the time, half of the times it seems like my drinks are more milk than coffee. I know what a caramel macchiato tastes like. Ordered it plenty of times at other Starbucks. It shouldn’t taste like straight up warm milk. Quite mad about paying this much for warm milk!”

“Stopped by Pins Mechanical to catch the Food Truck. Was able to talk with Kimberly Harris, one of the owners, super personality and enthusiasm about their business. They are out of Canal Winchester. They have had the truck since 2016 when they converted it from a Potato Chip truck. Ordered the Pulled pork, mac n cheese, baked beans and cole slaw. The pulled pork was on a grilled bun. The pork was a little dry to me. They have two sauces that you can have. Both are homemade. The regular was a little sweet and had a nice taste to it. The spicy had a little heat to it. Both were homemade and great. The mac n cheese was of the baked variety with plenty of cheese in it. They utilize spiral noodles in their variation. The baked beans were made with brown sugar and some pepper added, very tasty, great texture (will return just for them). The cole slaw is of the sweet variety, was made with several types of cabbage, carrots, celery salt and pepper.”

My only negative is I thought the meat would be shredded, but it was cubed which made the sandwich difficult to handle and bite into. Service was terrific and decor very appropriate to the restaurant name. Plenty of seating. Liquor selection also impressive. This could well become a favorite.”

“Went for the first time to check it out for dinner and drinks. Was pleased to find out how quiet and beautiful the scenery was. We sat outside on the lake, and was treated to a beautiful area where Ducks, Geese and Swans splashed around all evening. The food options here were very good: we had the side salad with a tasty, warmed bacon vinaigrette and the Spinach and Artichoke dip with Pita bread for starters was delicious. Our main dishes were the Lasagna, and Chicken Alfredo. The Lasagna was meaty and very cheesy with a good sauce (all homemade), and the Alfredo was very thick and creamy. Would get it again. Now, for the wine. The red wines were very watery...was hard to enjoy them when it tasted like grape juice. If you do get one, the Cabinet Sauvignon was passable. The Riesling, though, was very tasty and well-balanced. They also have bourbon (which was good) and Moonshine, as well as craft beers. You may want to try those instead of the (red) wine. All in all, we will return. Have live music regularly and the ambiance is very nice.”
