    I ordered 5 pizzas for delivery to a business that needed them by 1:00 in order to ensure all of the staff had opportunity to have it for lunch. Donatos New Albany promised to be timely- and they were. And the food was hot. It is appreciated.

    People there work hard and seem to get things right the first time. Even if there's a slight mix up, they correct it quickly. The store is clean, as well.
