Hudson 29 Kitchen + Drink

The atmosphere was nice and the food was good (if a little expensive) but more of a couple's dining or a small group. I went by myself, wouldn't recommend as a solo lunch spot. I was a little disappointed in their limited food menu, especially when compared to their massive drinks menu (mostly wines). My waitress was pleasant, however, she was seemingly staring into my soul and was somewhat unsettling. Personally, I would've preferred her "assistant" wait me. She was more of a shadow than anything but it felt like she was much more natural. All in all it was a decent dining. I'm sure I'll have a better review if I go in with company.

Excellent menu, food and drink. Warm, relaxed vibe. Great spot for photos as well! If you live in New Albany, you already know this is the place to be and be seen.

Great place good atmosphere.food is very tasty although the meat in my cheeseburger was kind of blah. No grilled flavor ..I think the barn has better burgers. Enjoyed the meal and would go back. Soups are.amazing

Hudson 29 is a great place for dining or to just linger at the bar and catch a game with your buddies. My wife and I love the black bean burger as a vegetarian option, we can't find anything like it anywhere else.
For the carnivore side there is anything you can think of cooked the way you like. The servers and bartenders are laid back but attentive and make you feel like home. I have had great experiences, I hope you do as well.
