(October 24, 2018, 7:32 pm)I love Rita's! The place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they rotate their flavors so there's usually something new to try. I live 20 minutes away and will sometimes make a special trip just for a gelatti.

(October 15, 2018, 1:40 am)Employees are always friendly and I've never had an unpleasant experience. Place is really clean and well maintained too. Definitely one of my favorite Westerville spots.

(June 28, 2018, 2:27 pm)Delicious! An excellent treat on the hottest days of summer. We usually go with the kid size, and it's the perfect size for a treat and doesn't break the bank, either. I've mostly tried the ice, which changes flavors all the time and has something good to offer, but I've also tried the ice-and-custard drink which was also REALLY good. It can get a little busy on a really hot summer evening, but it's worth the wait.
