“Love the variety and it's great to find authentic ingredients! The meat department has beautiful pieces of meat and I love the different sizes of chicharons they have. I only wish the store was bigger to allow more space between the isles and it would be awesome to have a bakery inside with authentic fresh baked goods to purchase. Too bad the restaurant was closed (likely due to covid). I would love to try out their dishes!”

“first off, so happy Canes is in Whitehall now and expanding further. we highly anticipated the opening of this location and it did not disappoint!! the design of the building itself, with the outdoor patio and all, is so nice. i haven’t seen a Canes with an outdoor seating area or ordering pavilion with fans etc. until this one. everyone was very nice and happy to be there even when they were clearly very busy and stressed out on opening day. my dog timmy even got a treat by one of the enthusiastic staff members :-) then of course, the food was BUSSIN. best Canes meal of my life. no joke. it just tasted like it was made RIGHT. so goooood. can’t wait for this to be my regular location now. thanks guys!”

“The food was excellent. One of the best lamb burgers I've had. And Mama's sweet tea was a little different from the norm but the flavor combo was ????. One nice touch is that they passed out a sample of each of their soups for you to try. All were good bit I went with the Creamy chicken and mushroom. Great choice! The only issue is that a large party came in while we were there and we kind of got forgotten about. It took some time before the server came back to cash us out. And apparently we weren't the only ones. They could definitely use more staff, especially for a Saturday night. But overall a pretty good experience, and I love that they focus on high quality food that's made from scratch. I will definitely eat there again!”

“I think Roosters is okay, but my husband LOVES it. It's a lot of fried bar food, which is to be expected, since it's an, uh, bar. We go here a lot and have our favorite servers, but most of them are good. The food is consistent and the draft beers are very cold. The Red Rooster salad is surprisingly yummy and makes me feel better about my choice to eat fried pickles AND fried cheese at the same meal. Kid-friendly and they have Keno which I don't.play but a lot of people do.”
