Pier 11 Boiling Seafood & Bar

The food was delicious. I did a take out of the King Crab boil with sausage and corn. It was a little slow getting, but it was their 4th day of opening. I will be returning soon!

Food was good. I was thoroughly satisfied with the food. It was seasoned really well, and I liked the substitution because I don’t eat pork.

However.
The service was TERRIBLE. We waited for around 25 to 30 minutes for our food.
Waiter was cool. But he was being shadowed or trained by an annoying woman who demanded, instead of suggested that we have pier 11 sauce instead of trying one of the options. We ordered a drink from the bar. I believe it was a pacific breeze. Yuck. I took a sip, and it tasted like someone poored half a salt shaker in there. I saw most of the servers besides three or four that were actually doing their job, just standing around doing nothing. I would go back, but just for the food. I’ll take a book or something for my wait

Food is amazing I definitely recommend my only issue is that the few times I’ve been in there the owner lets his employees do whatever they want he has a manager named Dominic and she is the real deal she stays on her employees and she is very helpful so I suggest if you have an issue ask for her and I also suggest that they let Dominic run that restaurant because that man that is in the front doesn’t have a clue on how to run a restaurant or his employees they are wayyy under staffed and have to many young girls in there step up the customer service part and y’all will be 100%

Great service delicious food! They are a very new restaurant so there was a rocky start but this place has tons of potential and are now employing a more experienced and customer service oriented staff, and it shows! The food is great! Definitely a must try.

I really liked the food. The service could definitely be a lot better we waited for about 30 minutes for a take out order. I got the pier 11 boil with snow crab legs, shrimp(no head),corn sausage, and potato. This meal was $27.99 I thought this was a pretty good choice.
