“We got our order fairly quick, but instead of giving us the soft tacos that we wanted they gave us the hard tacos. We told them and they made us the soft tacos and let us keep the hard tacos. “We are always excited to try new pizza places. I had a good feeling about this place. Got a New York style pepperoni and mushroom pizza and it did not disappoint at all. It was absolutely delicious! Flavors were there, quality was there, just all arount a great pizza. Every bite I could taste the passion 9/10 for sure! Can't wait to try other things on the menu. Kind of surprised there were any bad reviews. Guess you'll always get people that are unhappy. I would highly recommend to family and friends.”

“We were Raising Cane’s first timers. Easily the best chicken strips I’ve ever had. Even the toast was amazing. I’m not sure how that’s even possible. The only change I would make is fresh cut fries instead of crinkle cut, but you can’t have everything you want all the time. It took maybe five minutes for them to call our name for the order and they apologized for the wait. We will definitely be back.”

“Very nice time for our family on our first visit to Cane's! The chicken is above average, and the fries are on par. Their special sauce is pretty good too. The building/atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. Very clean and open interior with clean restrooms and a very helpful and courteous staff. “Food was delicious. This visit does deserve a five star rating but the server Matt was in such a rush it was very irritating. Having three kids with me we take a few minutes to get ourselves ready to order. But before the hostess left the table he was already there demanding our drink order. Then he quickly returned and without asking ask my two youngest to point to what they wanted and he put their order in early. I understand that this is something all restaurants offer to keep little ones happy but since I was not asked I felt it was an insult as he automatically assumed my children would be trouble. The entire experience was rushed with him and he never returned to ask if we needed anything else like a drink to go or a box. Yet as we were leaving he was a table behind us talking to someone about his ability to speak Spanish and a trip that he took. He spent more time with that customer and that conversation than he did with us the entire visit. I will be back but I will never have him as a server again.”

“With the Northwest BLVD Upper Arlington store being closed at 10PM for the majority of the week, this is the alternative for a later night slice. It does come with some issues, though. This store cannot do deliveries to parts of UA towards the store on Northwest BLVD. This means that while the store is within a reasonable delivery distance, it is required you do a pick up. It seems that the other store closing earlier is fairly recent because this store not being able to deliver to the area is really unfortunate. I hope corporate considers exceptions to the zoning so that deliveries can happen when the Northwest BLVD is shut down. Other than this issue, the store is great. The employee I dealt with was very polite and did get my order correct. He was able to explain respectfully the issue that prevented delivery. The pizza was fresh and hot and really good. Definitely recommended for the area. Consider you might not have delivery options though.”

“Great food, staff, and atmosphere! I just walked in with a group of 10 people for dinner on a Saturday and they were able to seat us in about 10 minutes despite being very busy. The Columbus box is amazing and I highly recommend it. The green tea is also delicious. There's a diverse selection of food and price ranges making it perfect for a large group of colleagues. Everyone was able to find something they'd like. Our waiter was also phenomenal. I'm definitely going to be back”

“Took the family here for their lunch buffet. The woman's bathroom was kinda gross. The floor was sticky and the toilet seat was dirty. I wiped it down and.....ugh just gross. They were short staffed as well and couldn't keep up on their buffet which was small anyways. The staff did their best keeping up and was courteous which is why i gave them 3 stars and not 2. The food was hot and fresh though.”

“The quality has really gone up the last year. I've gone from looking down on them a few years back to hosting a party there last year and feeling that I got my money's worth. Current chef is really good. Appetizers are their specialty, apparently, both veg and meat as well as seafood. Their veggie dishes are very good, and between goat and lamb, I liked the latter more. Very accommodating regarding party arrangements.”
