The Wandering Griffin

This restaurant was pleasantly surprising! The appetizer was a little lacking in the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, but the Moscow Mule drinks, and both entrees were so good our plates were clean! The Bourbon Glazed Salmon and Pesto Chicken Pasta were both amazing and packed with flavor. Very good, and super friendly service! ????????

This seems like a popular place for families but also for anyone. The night I was there there was a band which people seemed ot be enjoying. I was sitting at the bar so it was loud but on the other side of the restaurant it would have been fine. I had a spinach salad which was good and entree size and only $6.99. Adding chicken was $4.99 more.
I would recommend this restaurant/bar also because it is owned by a veteran.

I went to a luncheon today at the wandering Griffin. I ordered the veggie pasta and a side Caesar salad. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and fast. And although there were several TVs playing sporting events, it was quiet enough that I could hold normal conversations. I like that.

This is an interesting restaurant. It's really large inside with several different areas to sit at throughout the place. One of the best things is that they have a real coffee bar inside - they make their drinks with actual milk and have a pretty good selection of hot drinks to choose from - and it's away from the other sections with it's own seating area. The decorations on the inside are really nice - they have some beautiful silver tin roof tiles - and they are always trying to come up with new and interesting trivia for their Mondays. I did Gilmore Girls this week and that was a fun surprise.
