I like that they have the breakfast bar to choose your own breakfast, and it's very reasonably priced. Weak coffee, but it's plentiful. Servers are nice and don't hover, but they are there when you need them. Clean restaurant, and if you ask for a re-wipe of the table, they are quick with no comment.
Restaurant clean, seated promptly, drinks brought out right away. Went for breakfast, didn't get the food bar (although it all looked good), Western omelette was very good. Friend has biscuits & gravy, it looked good. Server was EXCELLENT, kept drinks filled, bussed table as dishes were empty. Very pleasant visit, it I lived around here this would be a go-to place for breakfast.
Reliable, fast, friendly, affordable. The place was clean. Our waiter was johnny on the spot but not pushy and annoying. Food was fast and yummy. Sometimes predictable is good... our waiter was so pleasant and accommodating. Genuinely kind and courteous. Saw him be pleasant with all others around him. Thank you Tre!
I have had both good and bad experiences with Frisch's. My most recent visit with my kids was a pleasant one. Although it took some time to get seated because I request a table that I'm assuming someone had recently been sitting at by the soup and salad bar so I could get their awesome salad bar, that is only beat by golden corals, so I could still be right there to keep an eye on my kids since their not old enough to trust to stay with me while walking around it to get my food. Frisch's tarter sauce simply put is the best. They put tarter sauce on a few of their sandwiches and burgers including the Big Boy and the Super Big Boy. They also sell really good pie. The worst experience I've had with them if have to say I when I was a kid, my Mom my sister and I went their for dinner and although it didn't take too long to get seated it toke our server almost an hour with a medium crowed just to come ask what we wanted to drink. We then waited another 30 min just to get the drinks and for her to take our order. Throughout this entire time the server maintained a snotty attitude towards my mom and obviously just did not want to be there. After another 45 minutes our food finally came to our table and it was cold. When my mom ask to speak with the manager she was once again treated with an attitude. After everything we had gone through luckily enough the manager payed for meal but only because my mom would not accept anything less after the horrible service she had received. The more recent bad experiences that I have had with them is simply cold food from time to time especially when coming in for the breakfast bar. Their breakfast bar is one of the things that I liked the best about them but even that has kind of decreased in quality. Overall I like their food and nothing yet has happened bad enough to stop me from continuing to be a patron of their establishments.
We came to Frisch's for a church breakfast with a small group of about 12 people. The staff was guite accommodating to our group, arranging tables and taking orders. Frisch's has the option of ordering from the menu or eating from the breakfast bar. BB options were varied, but not well supplied and maintained IMO. Menu items were fresher and appetizing. Very attentive service, reasonable prices, and friendly, considerate servers.
