FUSIAN

You know the place is good when it has edamame and PB not and but + J and it consists of white rice and soy with peanut butter and grape jelly. It's a great place for a laugh. Enjoy ;)

Oh man, I stayed in Dayton for 20 days, and 18 out of those 20 I ate here for lunch. The fish used is fresh, to my surprise (being pretty land-locked and not near the coast at all really). A tad on the pricey side, but good quality, tasty food. Sushi rolls (customizable), poke bowls, other rice bowls, available with your choice of white or brown rice (appropriately seasoned with the proper sushi condiments (rice vinegar, salt, a little sugar), tofu, salmon, tuna, smoked salmon, spicy tuna, crab, and tempura shrimp are available for proteins, then whatever veggies you want from their selection. Oh man, it takes me back to my years in Japan, and I had to have more. Tried a bunch of different combinations. Worth going back. For sure.

Always a treat to come here! The staff are really nice, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere is very chill and modern. The teas and lemonades are delicious. It's like Subway, but sushi!

Fusian is a great place if you are picky about your sushi. You can mix and match any ingredient to make your sushi. The staff was nice and we got our food quick on a Saturday night. I would give it 5 stars but none of the tables were clean when we went. They were all sticky so that made it less enjoyable.
