    The coffee cup needs to be changed. It is too flimsy and allows the coffee to leak. Moreover, they do not automatically give clients their receipts (this practice seems to become very popular in fast food chains...just giving my receipt!).

    Stopped in on my way to a doctor's appointment nearby for a coffee. Service wasn't the fastest, but there was someone in training so I can let that slide. Food was hot and tasted good, and it was significantly cheaper than the nearby Starbucks, but I was literally the only non-employee under the age of 50 in the restaurant, so that was kind of weird.
