“The Purely Sweet is a specialty bakery. I placed a special order for these amazing vegan cinnamon rolls; I wanted them not top with icing. I don’t like my pastries overly sweet. The order did not disappoint. I warmed the cinnamon rolls and had them with a cup of espresso. Is truly amazing the level of service they offered, and the ordering process was simple and friendly. The other item I like is the vegan brownie. The brownie is moist and you can taste the chocolate, delicious.🤤 Thank you!”

“Update: Now 5 stars. My second visit was great. Great service although they are working these servers to death. My food was great and fresh. They could probably use more staff since it seemed like their waiters were stretched a bit thin across the tables but overall it was a good meal.”

“I'll choose my words carefully. This may be the *best* restaurant in the Dayton area. We've been here probably a dozen times and it never disappoints. The food is exceptional, obviously, but the service is top, TOP, notch. Friendly, very well mannered staff are attentive without "hovering" over you. They check in on you at just the right time. A simple, discreet hand gesture will bring your date another glass of wine. While every dish I've tried is superb, the chef apparently has a special gift for cooking shrimp-based dishes. If it's your first time there, and you like shrimp, start there. The atmosphere is never "rushed", regardless of how busy they are. Ok, I'll save the best for last without spoiling the surprise. When it's time for the dessert, ask for their best, most popular one. I won't tell you what it is. They know. And you'll love it.”

“This Frishes has the best cooks and the best servers. I went after church for brunch. And the breakfast bar was the best breakfast bar I've ever had it a Frisch's always completely stocked in a very busy time of day. And the food was all cooked absolutely perfect. I was recommended this Frisch's buy a co-worker. And after trying it I will pass up three other Frisch's to get to this one. Excellent staff my hats off to the general manager for his/her wonderful staff.”

“Friendly staff, my order is always hot and ready when I call ahead. When I wait to order till I get there, they are quick to complete my order, it is always exactly the way I order it. My grandson is in love with the crispy chicken sub, light on the lettuce, no onions or tomatoes. The cheese steak is one of my favorites, they add peppers for us when requested. The onion rings and chili are also good.”

“The place is ok. Typical pizza place. My only complaint is how close together they seem to want you to sit. They cram 8 chairs into a 6 person table and the tables are really close together on top of it. Other than that, the pizza is a Dayton original and its pretty good and they aren't skimpy with the toppings. They also have a decent little game room for the kids.”
