“Would completely recommend. Rooms are very comfortable, even though I thought there was no daily housekeeping with Covid, I got fresh towels and toiletries every day. Building is new but built to seem old, so lots of woodwork and touches that you don’t see with new hotels. I was solo in a standard room and it was larger than the pictures make it look.”

“I often frequent here. Have a lot of family here in yellow springs. My visit this morning was horrible. The older lady that worked the cash register at the ORGANIC station was rude and racist. Throwing my change at me and being snappy. When I asked her name she said "I DON'T KNOW". I went to the deli section and asked if the supervisor was in in which they asked was there a problem and called for the supervisor in which he wasn't in at that time. The lady at the ORGANIC station then all of a sudden changed her attitude which at that time could not even hold her head up. I will be contacting the supervisor here soon”

Their Dirty Banana 🍌 shake is one of my favorites, and my kids really love that one too. We also really love their sweet potato 🍠 and black bean bowl, so fresh and healthy. The walls are all hand painted by a talented amateur, the booths are intimate yet the cafe itself had a small town feeling and sense of community/fellowship. The staff was friendly and easy going. “This place is so incredible unique for many reasons. The food is delicious! Burgers, sandwiches, brats, REALLY good spicy sauerkraut. Soup of the day is typically good. Outdoor seating available. The interior is another thing I love. The tavern maintained the early architecture and it is stunning. Also, lots of craft beers to choose from as well as bloody Mary, mimosa, and sangria specials!
