McDonald's

This McDonald's always has something to go wrong. It may be something minor, but it's always something. Take today. Their ordering machine sounded like it said "sixty" dollars for our meal instead of 16, and shut down before we could have it clarified. Then they handed our order to the woman ahead of us and she had to hand it back to get her order, then even with that extra time to prepare the Frosty wasn't ready when we got to the window.

This is just one of many examples of the never-ending incompetence displayed by the staff at this location. This Macdonalds needs a new manager and some people working there who have more than three weeks of experience.

(Oh, and corporate? I know you read these things if I hear that their Frosty machine is broken ONE MORE TIME I'm going to just sit there screaming till the cops show up. Get these poor people a Frosty machine that doesn't break down every third day! And send the one they have to be a training model for your repairs department, by the time they have fixed THAT hunk of junk they'll be able to repair anything!)

My wife and I don't get down that way very often, but we had an appointment nearby and stopped for coffee beforehand. I have to say, this was perhaps the nicest McDonald's I've ever visited. We were served by an older woman who was the nicest lady ever. I hope to visit that location again someday.

Order was correct. Food was cooked properly, and good temperature. Fast service.

They were fairly busy but were still courteous and quick. I did have to pull forward to wait for my order,but that doesn't put this review in a negative light. The order taker was prompt and accurate. The second window was nice in asking me to pull up. The person who ran my food out was nice. Food was good.

Convenient, fast, clean. One of the touch screen ordering stations was out at the time but stuff like that happens. Food came out quick. They do charge $0.50 for a large water though, which is annoying.
