Casa Figueroa

First of all, this place has the best margaritas in Cincinnati. If that's not enough, the food is also of the highest quality. My personal favorites are the barbacoa tacos, cauliflower tacos, and the spicy margaritas.

Secondly, shout out to Ariel the waitress. After waiting an abnormally long time (busy night), she took me to her section and made sure my food was out to me within 10 minutes. She is highly personable, honest, positive and overall very good at what she does.

Thirdly, this place is highly environmentally conscious. Everything from the paper straws to the compostable takeout containers.

If you aren't happy for any reason at all, the owner, Heather, will personally go out of her way to resolve the issue for you. I have never been to Casa Fig without Heather making sure we had a good experience. She makes a point to get as much feedback as possible and takes it very seriously.

Food was good. Service was decent, seemed a bit slow but could have been the server. I might go again. The calamari wasn't all that good. Lobster taco was good. But the barbacoa was fantastic!
