Frisch's Big Boy

Went there on mother's day. It wasn't busy . And of course the food was great. Service was good.

I would love to give this Frisch's a five star rating, but there is work to needed on the staff's behavior and interaction with customers. Adam, Kyle and Mrs. Gwen are the only reason I continue to patronize this location. I would like to add another name to my favorite faces, but she's more behind the scene working the beverage station and communicating between servers and cooks. I spend a great deal of money rather dining in or carrying out at Frisch's. I feel the most unwelcome vibe and I am rarely spoken to by any other staff member including Management. Times have changed, the world is more diverse and inclusive, but this location is stuck in past, where certain members of society weren't welcomed. This saddens me. I am only speaking as an individual, not the masses.

Went to this big boy for lunch. Haven't been to this location in a long time. Was not disappointed. Had an absolutely outstanding young man as our waiter. Was there asking if we needed anything and asking how everything was. Very good service. The food was absolutely outstanding
