“I have yet to go inside this location so I can't speak to the interior seating or service but the drive thru is top notch. I am always greeted with a friendly voice. I can "hear" the smile and the partner is always helpful. It can get a little busy so the drive thru can take a few minutes but it's okay because the drinks are well made and served with smile and a thank you. If you don't want to go inside in Hyde Park Plaza this location is a great option.”

“Cincinnati's first acai bowl bar! PRICE 5/5 $5 for a palm-sized bowl but there's plenty in it! Also, as you can dress the bowl yourself, there are plenty of leftovers. . LOCATION 2/5 Between a bunch of factories and warehouses, not really in the vicinity of anything else but off of a busy road. However, they are very helpful giving directions if you call. It's a very brightly colored mural over the place so you can't miss it when you find it . QUALITY 5/5 Very fresh fruits and toppings! Try to freeze your bowl for an amazing treat”

“Like its Starbucks you know? While the coffee is good and the people are certainly friendly this is not the 'roasted at home' taste you might get from an independent place (like Deeper Roots). This being said, commercialism at its finest has afforded and SUPER fast turnaround time for orders and a very convenient mobile app to boot. As for this particular location, everything is very clean and everyone I have spoken to is welcoming in the typical (modern) Starbucks fashion. If you need a quick coffee that's pretty good, here's the place to go!”
