“I really prefer their wings over Buffalo Wild Wings. They give you a lot of sauce and they have a nice staff. They have televisions usually tuned into a ball game. I haven't really tried any beer there so this rating is purely from a wings standpoint. You have a few choices of sauce and then you can tell how hot you want it in that flavor. I like the Kansas City Gold in hot.”

“We love Dewey's! Our favorite item is their calzones. Such great dough and fresh ingredients. It would rank 5 stars If they would push the ingredients out closer to the edge. As it is now, there are 2-3 inches of dough with no ingredients or cheese in it. It's too much for me to eat plain; even though it's good, it's too much bread to eat solo. Not enough sauce to dip it in either. This location is always hopping and the staff does a great job of being friendly and efficient.”

“Great service and food. We had the spicy chicken and grilled chicken sandwich deluxe. The sandwiches were really good. The restaurant itself has quite nice interior, good seating arrangements, and also a kids’ play-area. The place is very busy; apparently it’s popular, specially a majority of the customers were parents who came with kids. This location also has a drive through.”

“Well the band and atmosphere gave this 3 stars. The service could improve. We had to get our own drinks from the bar and our waitress went from waitress to bartender without anyone taking over our table. For a full house on a Saturday night they needed a few more servers. We ordered food and while everyone seemed to like what they got. Our meal came out several minutes behind everyone else's and was sitting waiting to be served for much of that time. This is simply a management problem and they should figure out how to get food out to tables without a delay when the table ordered at the same time. Updating this review after receiving a response from the management at Pirate's Den. They apologized for our experience with the service. Apparently they are not usually packed on a Saturday night and therefore were not staffed for the crowd. I also want to clarify that we did NOT have a bad time. The food was good. The atmosphere great. We will visit again and hope for better service.”
