“Ordered chicken tortellini at drive thru, asked what kind of cookies they have and the response I got was "We have an entire bakery". Not really the answer I was looking for. Also, the girl at the window forgot to give me the bottled water that I ordered. The pasta was OK but the choc chip cookie was stale. Customer Service skills definitely need improvement!”
