Jeff Ruby's Carlo & Johnny

Was there Sunday, May 12 2019 for our wedding anniversary. We were seated and after a long period of time had to ask for our menus. Our waiter Steve finally came to the table and introduced himself, took our drink and food orders. He returned later and stated he couldn't put our food order in because someone had picked up his notebook and he didn't remember our order. Steve wasn't seen again until they brought our food. The Mgr walked by and refilled our drinks. After dinner once again the Mgr came by and cleared our table. We have been eating at Jeff Ruby restaurants for years, and I have become accustomed to the Ruby service. Sadly this encounter was far from that standard. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened at Carlos and Johnny's. I may to be hard pressed to return. On the up side the food was excellent

Service was great as expected... mac n cheese amazing. Breakfast at a Ruby restaurant?... they were so busy it seemed like the kitchen may have been a little off, however, the service made up for it and the manager didn't charge us for the one omelette that was not cooked as expected. Still love any Ruby's restaurant.!

What a Supurb dining experience tonight. From the greeting from the Valet, to the hostess, and especially James and Mitchell as our wonderful servers and to Chef Donnie for the most wonderful meal. You all made our Anniversary very special. Jeff Ruby thank you for our wonderful evening. You have an excellent team. Thank you.????

Our go to Jeff Ruby restaurant. Try to go at least 3 to 4 times a year. Staff is top notch. The food is beyond amazing. The Freddie salad is enough of a reason to come here but the steaks are the awesome as well. The bone in filet, mid rare is like butter. The mashed potatoes are delicious. The atmosphere is laid back and old school. Cant wait to return soon.

We had a dinner reception in Celebrity Room with 23 guests, and every person had positive feedback. Many have never dined at C&J, and had the best first experience from Valet Jay, to the outstanding service, thank you Dan and Ryan, and of course, the quality of food! Thank you Leo for your kindness and making our families feel like part of the C&J family. We wanted our families to have the C&J experience, and you did just that! Thank you Kevin for a well orchestrated evening, and again, Leo, Dan, and Ryan.
