King's Country Inn

Been,going here for quite a few years. Great food. However I was really disappointed and shocked about the service on a recent Saturday night. They stopped selling alcohol. No explanation.And the young waitresses were very poor in waiting on tables. We waited about half hour for someone to take our order. We got our drinks. They never came back,untill,I waved at one of them
They never checked on us after we got our food. And took another 20 mins. For someone to get our check. I was really more embarrassed because we had friends from out of town and we boasted about this place. What a slap in my face after all of this.

Arrived about 3 and I asked if I should sit anywhere. The waitress was pretty quick to take my order which was the fish sandwich and came with fries and cole slaw. The fish sandwich arrived but I did not get the fries and cole slaw. The fish was enough.
The sandwich was good but I have had just as good. Not the best I ever had!
Not sure what happened with the fries and slaw but someone with more of an appetite may have been miffed!
All in all it was okay. That's it!

The food is consistently good. Nothing fancy, but well prepared and tasty. The desserts are out of this world. You won't find a better pie anywhere.

Best chicken wings in town Cooked perfect the way you you like them!! Keep up the good work and you won't be beat and especially the good service you get from Rachel who took my order you are by the best! Come on down and enjoy the awesome food you all You're love all the great menu choices!!
