I probably come here too much, but I’d rather come here where I know I’m gonna have a great experience.To me what separates this place from a lot of the other bars in Cincinnati is their customer service. When I go there I can relax and know I’m gonna be taken care of, I have met most of the bartenders and can say they are all truly customer obsessed. Just to give an example one day I was in and It was taking a few minutes to make my cocktail, it really wasn’t long at all, but Clint came over and said hey we are remaking your drink cause it just wasn’t good enough. That’s just fantastic service. It’s a little on the expensive side, but it’s worth it. Erica knows how to run the place, and because of that I will always support it. Keep up the good work.”
