“I placed an order on the app for the first time. I showed up a about 7 minutes early and they couldn't find my order and said it was my fault for putting the order in so early (1 hour). While I explained what I ordered, she said they didn't carry one of the items on the menu. Finally my order popped up about 4 minutes before my pick up time. in the midst of the confusion. While I waited, the staff wasn't the friendliest group of people and kept staring at me. When my smoothies were done, they each handed me one at a time (3) total. I maneuvered them to my car. Then the rest of my order came and it was wrong so I had to wait longer in the unfriendly environment. The food was good. The smoothies are typically full, these were not. The service is usually my biggest let down with this place.”

“My first time there and I got the beef and chicken fajitas! They are served with you traditional rice and beans and toppings. They beef and chicken was so flavorful and tender. The peppers and onions still had a nice crunch to them. The rice and beans were the best part to me! I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu! Great job guys!”

I have found in my many visits to this chick Gil a, that I have often received fries are not fresh and chicken nuggets that are cold. This has not been my experience in other locations, which is the reason for my post. I love the food and the service is absolutely some of the best I have experienced in fast food, so I will give the benefit of doubt that my experience may have just been due to off days which is why my rating is 3 instead of my usual 5. “The Ranch here is "homemade". This Ranch is not thick. It reminds me more of a salad dressing than a dip. It combines a good flavor with a poor delivery system. The Ranch is pretty mediocre, but they have a ringer in the sauce department. They serve onion rings with a Cajun dipping sauce that is fantastic. It's very zesty and goes good with most appetizers.”

Even with the corn salsa which is supposed to medium and the fresh tomato the burrito or bowl or salad is missing flavor. I had the steak and guac and sour cream but it was still missing that great combo of flavor you get from a great burrito.”
