They have a "social distancing" operation set up, where they put your food/drinks in a tray to hand through the drive through. Very inventive. They also have some of the better coffees. Maybe they clean the machines more than other stores, I don't know, but it's always better.

Very disappointed with my visit today. Have always gotten good food at this location and no problems previously. There was a long line in the drive thru, but they were moving us through quickly. Lady who took order was very friendly and nice. I ordered two bagels double toasted with butter and cream cheese. Male at window not real friendly. Got all the way home and bagels had NO cream cheese! When you've been inside all week, and craving a bagel with butter and cream cheese and that's what you order, its VERY disappointing to not get what you ordered. Would have gone all the way back there but didn't want to wait in line again. Very disappointed. I've worked in several restaurants in the past and know how important it is to practice attention to detail and get customers what they order. Would have just stayed home if I knew I wouldn't get what I wanted and was paying for. I gave 4 stars because I haven't had any problems here in the past and the lady who took my order was very nice (she even repeated my exact order back to me). So I was confident I would get what I ordered. Unfortunately it didn't happen.
