“Had the best experience. While the goat cheese app is amazing, and the mama Dre pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had.. Decided to try the Reuben and it was the best I’ve ever had. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had to be honest… Would like to personally thank the cook! Coming from Ohio, I would say an Arbys microwaved “juicy” Reuben has nothing on this masterpiece.”

“Very disappointed with my visit today. Have always gotten good food at this location and no problems previously. There was a long line in the drive thru, but they were moving us through quickly. Lady who took order was very friendly and nice. I ordered two bagels double toasted with butter and cream cheese. Male at window not real friendly. Got all the way home and bagels had NO cream cheese! When you've been inside all week, and craving a bagel with butter and cream cheese and that's what you order, its VERY disappointing to not get what you ordered. Would have gone all the way back there but didn't want to wait in line again. Very disappointed. I've worked in several restaurants in the past and know how important it is to practice attention to detail and get customers what they order. Would have just stayed home if I knew I wouldn't get what I wanted and was paying for. I gave 4 stars because I haven't had any problems here in the past and the lady who took my order was very nice (she even repeated my exact order back to me). So I was confident I would get what I ordered. Unfortunately it didn't happen.”

“Interacted with an employee named Austin B. He was patient and understanding while we figured out what I would and wouldn't be able to eat because I developed GERD during my pregnancy. Thanks to him noticing my belly and putting two and two together he personally made our pizza and went extremely light on the sauce. Tonight I got to eat and enjoy my first piece of pizza in months with absolutely zero pain. I will be going back because of his excellent service. That guy deserves a raise.”

“Capuano's pizza is theee best! I grew up eating here when I was a kid with my mother and father (I'm 26 now), and now I reside in Florida. Every time I visit Ohio, I make at least two stops here for pizza, subs, and salad. If I could ask them to deliver it in the mail, I totally would!!
