“The place is pretty clean but no bathrooms. The employees were polite for the most part. They didn't have alot of the smoothies and majority of the food and drinks are overpriced. It's all good but just seems like you're paying too much. The bread bowls are great though and would recommend. Also the buzzer serving system is somewhat effective but they always seem to buzz you early.”

“Went with friends this time, the food was awesome as usual, however our waitress was less than stellar. Her pen did not work, she did not know the menu well, our appetizer was ordered late and came out after dinner. It was my birthday and I was hoping for a piece of cake, preferably chocolate, no cake on the menu. Our chef was also a bit of a dud, he only knew very basic tricks and failed on those. Two dropped eggs, no flipping anything... I suspect he is a newbie... down to four stars on this visit. Nicely decorated, bright in both the sit down restaurant section and the Hibachi section. Food was excellent, the Mushroom Soup and Tempura appetizer is outstanding. Will definitely go back.”

It's nothing like you would experience in a big city Chinatown or China. What a shame. These folks are friendly and the place seems clean and inviting. They have an all-you-can-eat buffet or you can order from the menu. They have take out and deliver.”

“Overall good BBQ We're from Columbus and love the Dickey's there, so when we wanted a bit to eat here in Newark, we were happy to see this location. I am giving my experience a 4 star because it wasn't quite the same level that I'm used to. My understanding is this is a franchise and is a full service with bar. The bar prices seemed very reasonable if you like beer I had pulled pork dinner, which was really extra, extra shredded into fine strands of pork. None of those yummy little chunks you usually find in the pulled pork. Plus it was a tad on the salty side. Still very tasty though! Another difference was the original and sweet BBQ sauces looked watered down. At least they were not as thick and flavored as I am used to from Columbus Dickey's. Could just be a different brand of sauce. I do have to agree with other reviews that service provider was slow. Dickey's is great food and I would recommend to anyone.”

“I love this Chipotle. The food always tastes great and the service is quick and friendly, for the most part. Everyone there is awesome except for this one dark-blondish girl named Ashley. She's always rude and never smiles or anything when I check-out. Everyone else is always so friendly and other cashiers typically always smile or say thank you and other things. Recently, I asked for my food "to go" and she decided to tax me as if I was going to eat there. Her reason? I sometimes say "to go" but end up eating there so I should still pay the tax even though I'm getting it to go. I didn't realize she made commission. Anyway, it's none of her business what I do anyway as long as I am not disrupting the restaurant or other customers. Everyone is great but she ought to be fired! Ashley, if you see this, maybe try fixing your ways?”
