I would recommend this place do anyone who lives in a Lorain Amherst area. Definitely try their pumpkin cream cold brew. It's delicious. This is the friendliest Starbucks I have been to.”

“Most employees seem kind and friendly to the customers and each seems willing to help. Food can sometimes take awhile to be made and from time to time beverages are too sweet or too watered down with little consistency between one product and the next. Prices seem fair to the consumer and the signature recipes are well crafted and taste as well as you would expect for the price. The main issue with the store is simply the speed the orders take to produce, and an occasionally upsey employee that gives the customer attitude rather than the friendly service to be expected from an employee being paid.”
