Penn Station East Coast Subs

Excellent food. Very friendly customer service and when you're regular I call you by your name. I love the fresh cut french fries and they always make my order how I ordered it and it's always fresh to breads always fresh and I really love the lemonade with fresh cut lemons in it I just think it needs a little more sugar added to it. Will always go here for my subs from now on and I really love the rewards program that they have and the points add up really quick.

This is the best Penn Station store in the area. When compared to other locations, such as the one on Monroe St or the one off Airport Hwy, this location succeeds expectations in multiple ways:
As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly smiling faces. It is true when they say service is half the experience. The gentleman on the grill & register really knew the menu and proper customer service. He was friendly, fast, and gave recommendations/ suggestions when promoted. As far as the Penn Station brand him, and the other employees, represented it truly well. I was astonished how clean the store was at a lunch prime time and even during the rush it remained clean. The employees handled the rush very efficiently remaining calm and still friendly. I was asked for any additional condiments before receiving my food and was grateful how nice the young woman was. At other locations asking for ketchup or malt vinegar packets is almost an inconvenience to the employees. I must say we were very impressed and will be back again.

1st time trying Penn Station i ordered a veggie sub my husband the roast beef both were excellent multi grain roll was delish. fries fresh cut and and heavenly. Staff very helpful nice folks. Definitely be back

First time at this new location. Even though they were slammed, everyone was cool, calm and collected. Food was amazing! Service was great! Guy on the grill knows his stuff! Manager was so sweet checking on customers. Will definitely be back!
