    I was in from out of town and was referred to the Chop House. Great new upscale restaurant. Food was fantastic. The setting was very nice as well. All the staff were very friendly. I will definitely go back again when in Toledo.

    I have been to Chop House five times since I moved to Toledo from NYC last year. What I can tell you for sure is that this is the best steak - all varieties- in Toledo. Mancy's is very good, but Chop House is a step above. Great venison, too.

    The service is not always perfect. On a special occasion, I had an inexperienced server who somewhat botched the dinner. But, the food was still amazing. It always is.

    As a side note, I once had what can best be described as a Beef Wellington emergency, and I needed some Wellingtons to cook up quickly. The sous chef was amazing and really bailed me out of a jam. Best restaurant in Toledo, by far, and worth every penny.

    Food was great. Staff needs work. Staff forgot part of order, cleaned our table while we went to smoke, and throw away food that they were boxing to go. The food they threw away was replaced with food that wasnt totally cooked and we were told to finish cooking it ourselves. ..........so the guy tells me to contact the manager and I haven't heard nothing in a week so i lowered my rating.

    My second experience was great. I am raising my rating.
