    I will be completely honest I have tried several places similar to The Healthy Spot and absolutely did not like them (shakes). I was against ever trying them again but then my friend told me to give this spot a try. Thank God I did because I have been hooked. Stephanie and Keisha has answered every single question I have had even if it’s a repeat. They are always so sweet and nice when I walk in. This past week I have dropped 2lbs and that’s only changing my lunch to a shake for 2 days. Not changing any eating habits or exercise. If you get the chance to go stop in and I promise it will change your life ????

    Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The shakes are really good with lots choices!! There is a vegan line of shakes as well. They also have cardio drumming and nutrition coaches.
