The staff was friendly and efficient with comfortable seating that is also spacious enough that you do not feel you are sitting on top of the those around you. The reason for the 4 star rating issue is due to the fact that the electrical plugs at the window seating do not work.”

“It's 100% Vegan... Enough said. BUT if you want more then I shall tell you. It started as a food truck and recently moved into it's permanent restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. When you enter you step down into the restaurant. It's decorated really cute and they employees are super nice. The menu is a quilty pleasure. It's not trying to be some health food vegan place. They do offer things that are healthier then others but it's freaking tasty yummy Vegan food of the classics you know and love. Nachos, Taco Salad, Reuben sandwiches, Philly cheese steak, the list goes on. They make some amazing plant based meats and cheeses. Just try it out, it's yummy and you can't go wrong. Support the local business that is no BS just Vegan food.”

“Customer service was substandard; the cashier may have been having a bad day. Seemed like she'd rather be pretty much anywhere else. Donut and coffee were better than average. Not as clean as it could be, but not not terrible, either. As a side note, the dead bug on the windowsill was still there when I visited again the next day. Are they afraid to touch it? Or are they like, "Don't bother him; he's sleeping." Customer service was exceptionally better the second time around. Prices comparable to Starbucks or Panera. Free WiFi. ⭐⭐⭐”

“This is the best Penn Station store in the area. When compared to other locations, such as the one on Monroe St or the one off Airport Hwy, this location succeeds expectations in multiple ways: As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly smiling faces. It is true when they say service is half the experience. The gentleman on the grill & register really knew the menu and proper customer service. He was friendly, fast, and gave recommendations/ suggestions when promoted. As far as the Penn Station brand him, and the other employees, represented it truly well. I was astonished how clean the store was at a lunch prime time and even during the rush it remained clean. The employees handled the rush very efficiently remaining calm and still friendly. I was asked for any additional condiments before receiving my food and was grateful how nice the young woman was. At other locations asking for ketchup or malt vinegar packets is almost an inconvenience to the employees. I must say we were very impressed and will be back again.”
