“This place is new and PHENOMENAL! This is not Greek baklava. It is Turkish baklava. (I had never heard of it before. There is something about the dough. They make it fresh themselves. It got a nice flakiness and caramelized crunch but it is nice, moist chewiness to it. That make their own fillings: walnut, pistachio and cashews. They also make out parts, the sticks with mixed herbs. The dough is not sweet but very delicious, and the have one the looks like a bun bit is a non-sweetened dog as well. Delicious through and through, nice and buttery on is own, as well as an entree before the meal, with the meal, or after the meal. The owners are very kind and and open. I first stopped and try to see if three was a sign for any information to post. It is the same outer door as Subway but 2 different inside doors for each business. One of the owners stopped by. I told him I was updating including about new places, etc. He said they had just opened a coupe weeks ago. He was long closed, but he invited me in to try a simple and see the place do I could post pictures and even try done. He had limited capacity because there need to be refrigerators and not be left out overnight. Be added me even major when I asked him if I could buy some at that hour. He agreed. They are mainly doing party ready orders but well do smaller also in orders. EVERYONE DEFINITELY NEED TO COME UP THE OHIO BAKLAVA FACTORY. It is the same plaza as the now closed Family Video sent the Subway which is still open”
