Always good service, I use the pick up option on the app for the fastest service and convenience!

The drive thru line is always long but it moves pretty fast. The workers are polite and sometimes will chat with you while your items are being made. Customer service is usually pretty good.

Always a great experience here. The staff is friendly and welcoming while executing orders perfectly. Their diligence in customer service is much appreciated and it's a nice place to study with a small group or catch up with friends. It can however, become crowded and loud at times.

Coffee and Tea are great when it doesn't take forever to make! I am disappointed in the gold membership perks since they have changed them and it seems that the rules are subjective depending on who is working the register.

While I like Starbucks a lot, the prices continue to go up, so now I find myself going to multiple competitors to get my coffee that tastes just as good but for way less.
