If you're into all the healthy, all natural, farm raised, environmentally friendly sustainable stuff this is a rare place that will check all the boxes for you. If you're not big into all that stuff it's still good food and quick friendly service. You're likely to have a good experience either way. Prices were just a little higher than I normally pay but not enough to make me not want to go there, and I do believe you're getting more added value than you're paying extra for.”

“Macaroni and cheese!!! Delicious!!! And yes they have fantastic carrot cake!! Just wish they were open later!! And they are located in this cute old house that they did little changes to it, so all the original woodwork was there. VERY charming place. And the owners were very sweet and care about their customers. I almost forgot to mention all the tables are old doors with plumbing pipes for legs. Very very cute. I highly recommend if you can make it there for lunch GO!!”

“Went here with friends before a show last night. Excellent experience start to finish. We had a reservation (the gentleman I made the reservation with on the phone was extremely polite and helpful), but opted to dine at the bar. The bar staff was efficient, pleasant, and offered helpful menu suggestions. We enjoyed cocktails and wine all at a very reasonable price. Two of the three of us ordered steaks and they were perfectly cooked. Great presentation. So happy to see a place like this in downtown Youngstown.”

“Suzie’s is definitely one of the best restaurants in Youngstown! Be aware though that many of their hot dogs are too messy to eat with your hands like a normal hot dog. I recommend “The Emma” which has a uniquely made barbecue sauce, pretzel sticks, and some other sauce on it. Suzie’s is also great for concerts and brings a lot of life into Downtown.”
