“You guys are all dumb. Picking out one or two items you didn't like on a BUFFET! Half of you misspelled things and other half left pointless comments. It's a buffet, you won't like every item on the menu, that's why there are several others. Anyways, Food was great at this location. The day me and my family went, we all agreed this location was better then most Golden Corrals we went to. Everything I was interested in eating was fresh, and cooked perfectly. Staff was great and I'm about to go there again today. Only thing I wish they would change is the price. It is a little steep but not terrible. It just adds up very fast when you pay for 4 adults with drinks.”

“Top Notch Meals is just what downtown Youngstown needed! I have been eating Vershanda's (owner) food for 15 years and it never disappoints. My favorite is the shrimp and grits. Be sure if you catch the lamb chops on special to get yourself some of those too! Top Notch Meals is located in the food court of the Phar Mor building. “We went there specifically for deep dish. The staff was incredibly nice. Everything about the deep dish was very good. It just had a LOT of cheese... Dare I say too much? I wish my kids would eat toppings so it would have had something other than cheese. It was cooked to perfection; the sauce and the crust were delicious. We'll go back.”
