Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

The food is phenomenal. Just tried the Bacon 3 Cheese and it's a game changer for me for sure! The staff is friendly. Only 2 complaints...you can't get a cup of water (they want to sell you bottled water...greedy much). The cleanliness wasn't bad but could've used a quick run-through. With the low traffic coming in the door, it would've only taken a few minutes to wipe down tables and sweep floors.

Overall a great experience (phenomenal food saved the day)

The old school cheese steak I ordered was definitely loaded.Lots of meat, cheese, onion and lettuce. I have eaten at Charley's cheese steak for years and this is the first time the meat was drowned in a strong seasoned sweet tasting sauce. Honestly it ruined the whole thing. I got the medium meal with cheese fries and a drink over $17.00 and could not enjoy it.

I've been eating at Charley's for years and love their food. The food I had at the Marion location was good. When I pay $10 for a sandwich, I expect the bun to be completely covered, this one was not. I know the employees are following instructions on how much meat to use, but serve a sandwich you can be personally proud of. My total meal with fries and a drink was $15.51, a lot to pay to walk away not completely satisfied. I'm not sure which sandwich I'd have to order to get one as full as the ones in their advertisements. I'll be back cause I like the food and believe in second chances.

Food is expensive, but well worth it!!! Not really a big cheesesteak fan,, but love theirs, waited in line a bit but service was anazing!!!And the Blueberry Lemonade DELICIOUS!!
