“I've been eating at Charley's for years and love their food. The food I had at the Marion location was good. When I pay $10 for a sandwich, I expect the bun to be completely covered, this one was not. I know the employees are following instructions on how much meat to use, but serve a sandwich you can be personally proud of. My total meal with fries and a drink was $15.51, a lot to pay to walk away not completely satisfied. I'm not sure which sandwich I'd have to order to get one as full as the ones in their advertisements. I'll be back cause I like the food and believe in second chances.”

“We were on our way home (Toledo area) from Columbus and found this cute little place. They just so happened to be celebrating their One Year Anniversary (what a year to start a business, right?!?) Y’all.... they were amazing! The owners were super friendly, the employees explained their “topping process” and were incredibly friendly AND THE ICE CREAM STOLE THE SHOW!
