El Toro Bar and Grill

This Mexican restaurant is simply awesome. Voted the best Mexican restaurant in Dayton. While you are waiting the short time for your delicious margarita take a moment to wander through the expansive and richly decorated space. The amazing high sculpted ceilings, soaring central staircase, colorful south of the border decor and super comfortable seating create a grand hacienda vibe. The beautiful and friendly ethnic staff take obvious pride in their excellent service. Let the passionate Mexican background music carry you away. Then settle down to enjoy the absolutely luscious and perfectly prepared food to complete your authentic experience. I have to add there is plenty of parking as at all the Miller Lane establishments.

Loved the ambiance there...I would like to go back when it's a little warmer and eat on the upper balcony! The food was very tasty. I had the Monster Steak burrito. I really liked the white cheese sauce that it was topped with. I felt like it was a lot of food for the price! Definitely will eat there again!

Service is slow. The food is good. Portions are big prices are reasonable.

Went on a Friday night and they were busy, but they seated us quickly. They were friendly and efficient, the atmosphere is comfortable, but a bit loud. The food was absolutely fantastic and the margaritas are delicious.

Good food. Well prepared. Generous proportions at a fair price. However, I feel there are better choices for this type of food, in this end of town
