O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

The parmesan chicken was really good. They did let me switch from spaghetti sauce to alfredo sauce with no extra charge. The server was attentive to our needs. My mom had a part of her meal that she wasn't satisfied about and they quickly had something else out to our table of her choice. The time of day was just before lunch rush. You could see the staff preparing for the rush. They were focused and hard at work. No table went neglected. Great job to the manager and staff.

Great service, in a clean and well cared for atmosphere. Our server Dominic was awesome! Very attentive, well spoken and took excellent care of us. Food came out to our liking, and in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend the place to anyone in the area.

Busy restaurant. Good food and pleasant service. I didn't like the seating in the back by the servers station because there was a broom or mop that kept falling against my husband's back. The servers were told about it but all they did was prop it back up against the corner of the seat, which I considered a trip hazard. Otherwise, the food was pretty good, as usual.

The food was pretty good but the prices have went up so much. It was $150 for 4 adults and 1 child. I understand that that's not very expensive if you are ordering really nice food but the majority of the people in my party ordered things like chicken fingers and salad.there are several other restaurants in my area where I could have got the exact same food for half the price. Not sure if I will be eating there in the future.

Hit and miss on the service. Had a 30 minute wait when several seats were left vacant and tables were not being cleared very quickly after guests had left. Wait times after seating were reasonable based on how busy the restaurant was at the time. Food was delicious though and our server was very attentive. Overall thought they could do better getting guests seated in a timely fashion. No guest likes to wait when they can see clean empty booths!
