I picked up a door dash order.and they where very easy to work with and had the order ready quickly after I arrived.

Good service. Brought food to our table. The cocktail sauce is no longer as spicy as it used to be.

Not as greasy as Long John silver's. Still kind of pricey not as bad as long johns. I have to say it's better food and better Christ

Got a different meal than I ordered, that being said the food was hot and tasted good. They were not busy at the time. I received the fish tenders meal with okra and coleslaw and a side of clam strips. The fish tenders are homestyle breaded, the okra is good and I believe nobody else has okra in a local chain restaurant.

I just moved here and was happy to discover Captain D’s, as they offer non fried options which are delicious. The young man who works there is fantastic - very friendly. However, THEY got my order wrong so I drove back from my home to correct it. I was very nice about it. The young woman cooking was rolling her eyes at me, giving dirty looks I’m not sure at me or just that the order was wrong. The food took forever to cook and the young man asked the young woman to bag up my food as it had been sitting there and he was busy with customers. She was right by the food and refused to bag it and said, “I’m on break.” Just walked away. I will never eat there again and I did not eat the food I paid for because who knows what they did to it.
