Chick-fil-A

So normally I would give Chick- fil-A a five star because there food is amazing and fresh but I tried the chick - fil-A in Huber heights for the first time today and I was not impressed they had no line yet one of my chicken sandwich tasted old and the waffle fries were old. If they want to compete with miller lane there going to have to step up there game

I've been to this location about 5x since it opened up a week and a half ago (it's my pregnancy craving). I've had no issues with food itself or my orders. I usually order through the app. However the staff seem overwhelmed, undertrained, and half the staff is rude. I've never seen anything like this. They are slow to make orders, slow to get the lines moving, slow to give change, and slow to deliver food. I'll keep coming to this location, because again the food hasn't been bad at all but I just know what I'm in for when I go. I'm looking forward to their growth and hope things get better.

Definitely the least organized of all locations I've been to. The woman taking my order was discombobulated and put in items incorrectly. What I ordered what still great though.
