Sonic Drive-In

Sonic has good ice cream, but their food is really nothing much to talk about. I like to go when they've got half price shakes or 50 cent corn dogs, though they are often out of corn dogs when they run that special.

I have mixed emotions about Sonic. I'm not fond of their regular menu items because I don't think they stand out over any other fast food alternatives..BUT they have the most fabulous drink menu (my favorite is a cranberry limeade!) and the choices are endless!!! This particular evening my daughter wanted ice cream and that was a suggestion. It turned out to be a very good decision! We ordered ice cream items to take to those waiting at home. My daughter ordered a secret menu item where they put ice cream and mix it in with a slushy which was surprisingly tasty! Also it was reasonably priced. So check it out as an alternative to other higher priced ice cream places!

Great service, good price but food taste like it was burnt. The bblt was way over cooked and taste horrible. The chili cheese dogs looked amazing which I bought for someone else. The cashier was very friendly and cordial and I got my food amazingly fast.
