Applebee's Grill + Bar

I love Applebee's. Their wonton tacos are amazing. My husband and I both enjoy going here for good food and good customer service. You can modify. And a great place to go for groups as well. Their 2 for $25 meals are great and you get an appetizer to share as well as two meals. I miss when the wonton tacos were considered an appetizer! We both love those.

Did not have a good experience today. Took forever for a server to come to the table but when he did he was nice and patient. However, soup was cold and something was in my water stuck to the glass. Had to wait forever for fresh hot soup to come out (salads wee gone) and when it did it was in a cup versus a bowl. They could not explain why that happened. Then the bill was wrong because they charged us for unlimited soup but never offered us any more soup. To make a long story short the manager came to the table without requesting him and took one of the soup and salad meals off the bill. So kudos to the manager for acknowledging when things go wrong.

I had one of the best steaks I have ever had. Cooked perfectly to order. The wait staff was excellent. Everything was great. I can't wait to go back again.
