Piada Italian Street Food

Stopped in for lunch on the way home from the gym. Ordered the ceasar salad with chicken. AMAZING. I HAVE FOUND MY NEW ADDICTION. the lettuce was crisp, chicken tender, tomatoes were great, the dressing extremely tasty and I could have as much FRESHLY grated cheese as I wanted. The staff was fast and efficient. Easy in...easy out. My new favorite spot.

We dropped in here for lunch while walking by on the way to another restaurant nearby. The decor is nice. The posted menus are enticing. In short, it's what is advertised - a limited menu of simple Italian food, mostly salads and simple pasta dishes (street food). I enjoyed the basil pesto bowl with grilled chicken and my colleagues enjoyed the diavolo with chicken, a salad, and one other pasta dish that I can't remember the name of. The food was prepared (assembled) right in front of you and served promptly and at a good temperature. Flavors were pretty good and the price was maybe a little high, but fair. I'd definitely go back.

Always delightful. Very clean establishment with well cooked ingredients. Everyone is friendly and professional. I've not waited for anything or been disappointed from lack of typical ingredients. Piada is a great place for light, fresh, and flavorful meals

Piada has great quality food and it is really fast. The only thing you need to decide is which combination of ingredients and sauces you want if you build your own. I often get overwhelmed and put too many things in my bowl and it will end up tasting a little weird. But that's my fault for sure. It is pricey for sure, but if you get a regular pasta bowl it is a ton of food. Easily two meals worth for an average eater or one huge meal. You can tell that they care about the food they are making and the quality stays pretty consistent in my experience. Imagine fast casual high quality Chipotle but with Italian ingredients. And they have some unique combinations that are worth checking out.
