“I was there at 12:22 for lunch, carry out, and the manager on duty oh my gosh she was on the register she was awesome the place ran just as smooth as if there are only two or three people in waiting to be having their orders taken it was wonderful place was clean there was some yelling from the employee's the tanager just have the best attitude it was just awesome. also I'm guessing there's a separate manager for drive-thru she was just wonderful that whole place just like it should like a perfectly boiled machine the first time I have ever seen that in any fast food place anywhere congratulation guys you all are awesome and it was a good hot lunch”

But I give it only 4stars because my waitress never asked if I needed anything and I never rec'd a ask if I needed a refill, I did! The chili isn't very good either. Dry and basically is a bean soup. There wasn't no meat in it. I would not recommend the chili. The restaurant is pleasant and visibly clean.”

“It's good but, not as good as sake! The cook was cool. The waitress was pushy. And only came to the table once. The spicy, crispy shrimp roll was ok. We literally waited an hour and had a full table before the guy came to cook. My husband and I were there 2 and a half hour's and we only had the hibachi and 1 roll. They weren't even super busy. I just feel like they need some help in the customer service department!!!!”

“I really love royal wok.... most of the time. It has been a little hit or miss. For example the first time I ordered chicken and snow peas it was delicious, it was so good, the next time we got it I ordered the same thing. The second time it came with hardly any snow peas, celery, carrots, onion. It was like they might have ran out of the peas but still chose to serve it. Such a bummer. That is my biggest complaint is that what you get isn’t usually the same as another time. I will say though that the food itself is delicious, the egg rolls are awesome, but the inconsistency of the entree is enough to make me not want to order very much.”

Recently I had someone tell me over the phone i couldn't have something I'd had the day before and try to tell me I should have been charged extra and they were pretty much going to gift me by allowing me to pay regular price. Saying it's not on the menu....burritos aren't on the menu at all so it didn't make sense. The staff is normally pretty cool tho. It's normally low-key so I can bring my baby but it can fill up quick. Honestly their food is so good you should give them a go”

“The atmosphere is charming, and their coffee drinks look great, but my lunch was underwhelming, especially for the price. I ordered a roast beef and cheese sandwich, and while the cheese came out melted and the bread crispy, there was not much roast beef, and the horseradish sauce was imperceptible. Also, it took 20 minutes for my food to come out when the dining room seemed only half full on a weekday lunch. A table next to me ordered meal sized salads, which looked much better than my selection. I'm open to giving this place another shot, but I'll make sure I'm not pressed for time if I do.”
