“Asked if I wanted whip cream on my shake, I said no. I got whip cream. Asked if I wanted a cup of cheddar with my fries, I said yes. I didn't get cheddar. If you are specifically going to ask me, or upsell me, you HAVE to get it right. It's not like I said no pickles and someone forgot... You asked me. Food quality is good, but this happens frequently and I eat here about one a week while driving.”
