“One of my favorite “out of the way” dining opportunities. Tonight I had my favorite dish; New York Strip with mashed potatoes and salad. Kim had a Black and Blue salad. Our dining experience was excellent so we wanted to get the word out. We were trying to think of a place in southern Ohio with a better steak. Our meal was $50. The only steak comparable would be from the Precinct in Cincinnati where the prices would be doubled. This is the best steak for the money anywhere around!”

“We went on Easter Sunday. Before the waitress took our order I asked her if she was going to be able to remember what we wanted as she did not have a pad and pen to write down our order. She responded with "no I'll be able to remember it." I told her our order. She walked away and my husband and I both said it will be messed up. Sure enough it was messed up. She came out with a pizza, asked again what we wanted and I told her and she apologized sat down the pizza she had and told us they was fixing another at no charge. Also double charged us on drinks. Service was not bad at all just ended up with a free pizza as she did not write down our order. Also I overheard she overcharged another customer for something on their order.”

“We have always loved Cardo's, but they changed their pizza. I know they have a newer owner and it looks like they are trying to cut costs. They have always had quite a bit of cheese on their pizza but this is the second time that we have ordered pizza and the is minimal cheese on it. Tonight there was cheese in the middle, not as much as normal, but adequate, but about 4" all the way around had no cheese on it. They should not sacrifice quality for costs. Raise prices if you have to, but don't cut toppings. Not sure I will be back. Too many other options around...”

The employees were nice and friendly, but like most Burger King’s we had to wait longer then expected/or felt appropriate and they forgot to put cheese on a burger along with another minor mess up.. overall, It could have been worse, the food was edible, and the employees were nice to chat with while waiting, just remember to check your food before driving off.”
