Jersey Mike's

Today was my first order from the New Jersey Mikes in Brimfield. Was very disappointed in the customer service. I did a mobile order and it said to come inside to pick up sign. So you don't have to wait in line. "CUT THE LINE" My sub had already been paid for so all they had to do was ask me my name and hand me the bag. It was already ready and on the rack. But I stood there for 5 minutes while they waited on all the customers that in line ordering. I was within 2 feet of the cashier who looked at me at least 5 times, and NEVER acknowledged me at all. Never said I'll be right with you, nothing, just looked at me. So I waited as all the other workers walked down to bag the subs for the other customers. All the employees saw me but not one asked me if they could help me. So I waited till all the customers were gone thinking they would help me. But NO they are standing right by me just talking away. I HAD to ask them if they could help me. The sub was great but the customer service really needs some work. For that many employees to look at you and not 1 ask if they could help you is totally unacceptable. I understand that they just opened, but knowing that they should have been really focused on customer service so the customers will want to return.
