(November 2, 2018, 11:30 am)I cannot say anything bad about this place... It's a 5 star food spot in a dive bar atmosphere... Bands are good as well... Oysters on the half shell are hard to find in the area. There are always fresh and delicious...
The hidden hot sauce is not for the weak. It is so good though... -

(August 4, 2018, 11:32 am)We had dinner at the Erie St Cafe inside the Venice Cafe. The owners have done so much with the old corner bar. A true transformation with the iconic feel still there. The food was good. I liked the fried oysters but the cocktail sauce was not good, did not care for the tartar sauce either. Chicken was very good. Fried shrimp not good. I would have paid more for bigger better shrimp. Over all good I will go back. They do need better pool cues and talc nice tables still.
