“It's okay if I'm in the area, otherwise I don't go out of my way to eat here. I always get exceptionally rude drive through workers, even if I go inside, my order is (9 out of 10 times) still wrong. I only go here if it's a quick stop anymore and my daughter really wants nuggets. That seems to be the one thing they never mess up for us. Respectfully, I know everyone has bad days; but they need less rude service.”

Just moved to Mansfield form Marion and I have to admit: I was definitely a Popeye's fan before (mind changed now!) Seems the Mansfield KFC not only has perfected the recipe for their famous chicken, but have also been able to perfect the recipe for a happy customer!”

“Stopped in for the first have heard nothing but good things so decided to try it. Had a jack and coke and was done right, also had vodka over ice with lime juice. Both drinks made well the Bartender was very nice and everyone there was somewhat friendly. The only reason for three stars was the first time around I ordered butter fly shrip and fries. I took one bite of the shrimp and it was raw inside. The fries were bland and had an odd grease taste not a pleasant one were not that great. I asked if the shrimp were prepared fresh or frozen she stated frozen and you could tell but they had an odd smell to them . I opened the shrimp up to discover it was raw. My order came to me extremely fast. I figured just an error I get that and they apologized and made another batch or just refried mine again not sure but they need to either make a longer cook time or turn down the fryers I would rather have my food done than under cooked. Over good place to drink but if fries and deep fried foods are not done right I'm not going to venture into any other foods there. I always check those the first time and just both were bland the fries were just not good. I really liked the bartender she was super nice and helpful. Could be much better. Either dump frozen sides and have fewer and make fresh it would blow people's minds or retrain or clean the fryer vat one of those three. It has potential but just bland now.”

“Full of hospitality and friendly staff. While traveling, we stopped for a bite to eat and discovered our tire deflating due to a nail. The staff was very welcoming and the manager assisted my husband in removing the tire from the vehicle. They allowed my children and I to sit inside after closing where it was warm. Excellent experience during a difficult moment!!”

“I hadn't been to an Applebee's in years. The last time we had gone, our was late and the food was terrible! It had been at least 4 years since we've stepped foot in an Applebee's. We decided to give it another shot since this was the closest restaurant to our home. It was wonderful! The food was delicious with new options on the menu. We had the chicken and shrimp and the ribs they were delicious. They had drink specials, I will definitely be returning to Applebee's really soon for another date night!”

“Ok, the food was on point. The burgers were hot and fresh and the fries crispy. Does S&S use a different Coke formula? It always tastes better there. That was the good. They ALWAYS seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed. The family beside us waited 25 minutes for their check (I timed it). There were only 4 wait staff for the restaurant. When you consider they have to bus their own tables, that would explain the huge group of people waiting to be seated. In my opinion, none if this is the wait staffs fault. Our waitress was great, once she was able to get to us. S&S had got to change the way it operates because sometimes good food is not enough”

“We stopped for lunch. This was our first time at the local at 97. We were seated as soon as we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went with the special of a bacon patty melt on rye with a cup of broccoli potato chowder. Hubby chose a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries. Our whole meal was nicely portioned and well seasoned. The only minor complaint I would have is the time frame we waited for our food to arrive for the small amount of people there. The place was clean with clean restrooms. Nice varied menu from pizza and subs to burgers and dinners. We Enjoyed our meal.”

“Very accommodating staff! We had a large party here on a Monday, right when they opened. They do not take reservations, which is understandable, but they let me call ahead on Saturday to remind them that we would be coming in on Monday (they are closed on Sundays). I spoke to one of the owners and also Cody, both of which were very welcoming about our party. On the day of, the door was open early. The food and drink options were wonderful.
